Chicken Treats
250g cooked chicken
1 ½ cups self raising flour
1 ½ cups plain flour
2 tbsp chicken stock
2 egg whites, beaten
2 tbsp canola oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl combine flours and garlic powder. Add the chicken stock, egg whites, and oil. Roll out dough 1.5cm thickness, cut with the desired cutter, and bake for 20 min. Allow to cool down in the oven for 2 hours.

250g raw liver
3 cups water
1 cup self raising flour
½ cup wholemeal flour
½ cup plain flour
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Boil liver in water until it is no longer pink. Remove liver and set liquid aside.
Puree liver with ¼ cup of reserved water. In a bowl, combine flours and garlic powder. Add oil, egg and liver puree and ¼ cup reserved liquid and mix well.
Roll out the dough and using the desired cutter press out biscuits and place on a greased tray and bake for 10 min. Turn and bake for a further 10 min. Let treats cool down in oven for the next 2 ½ hours to make extra crunchy.
Top Dog Academy Veggie pattie
1/3 cup carrots
1/3 cup beans
1/3 cup rice
¼ cup vegetable stock
1 ½ cups plain flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
½ cup wheat germ
¼ cup olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Puree vegetables with stock. In a large bowl combine flours, wheat germ and garlic powder and combine with vegetable mixture and olive oil.
Roll out mixture to 1.5cm thickness, and cut out treats with desired cutout. Bake on tray lined with ovenproof paper for 15 min. Turn off and keep patties in cooling oven for another 2 hours.
